Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, billing, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Flemish (C2 level).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, hospitality, retail, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple software applications.
• EU Passport or valid Portuguese work authorization.
