Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor physical and online gaming environments to ensure operational integrity and compliance

Review and verify studio-reported incidents and investigate irregularities

Analyse roulette wheel performance, gameplay deviations, and suspicious activities

Operate surveillance systems, video monitoring platforms,

and security software

Test surveillance tools and report bugs, defects, and system issues

Maintain accurate incident logs, surveillance records, and operational reports

Support QA initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve surveillance accuracy and system reliability

Lead and support the Surveillance Operations team across all shifts

Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality standards

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members

Coordinate shift coverage to maintain uninterrupted 24/7 surveillance operations

Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

Prepare reports to support investigations, disciplinary actions, and staff evaluations

Work closely with QA teams, developers, and operational stakeholders to improve surveillance processes

Escalate security risks, policy violations, and operational concerns when required

Ensure compliance with internal policies, gaming regulations, and security procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native-level Bulgarian and advanced English

Previous casino surveillance experience within land-based

casinos, cruise ships, live casino studios, or online

casino/iGaming operations

Team leadership experience in Surveillance, Risk, Fraud,

QA, QC, GP Operations, or similar operational leadership role

Experience managing teams or shifts in a fast-paced

operational environment

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent computer literacy

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends

Experience as a Shift Manager, GP Team Leader, QC Team

Leader, Surveillance Team Lead, Risk Lead, or Fraud Lead

Experience testing operational or surveillance systems

Knowledge of live casino operations and gaming security

procedures.
